There are many ways to compare Donald Trump and his predecessor. It is abundantly clear that Donald Trump is not the “silver-tongued orator” that Barack Obama was. But we knew that before the election. Americans wanted someone “real” in the White House, not a painted caricature with a teleprompter and a puppeteer holding strings in the background.
They wanted, for example, someone raised with enough respect for our nation to keep his feet off of the Resolute Desk.
And as far as “oration” goes, there were many times I asked myself if the man ever shuts up (Obama delivered 699 speeches according to statistics compiled by CBS reporter Mark Knoller) or can utter a complete thought without a teleprompter. Apparently he was a silver-tongued reader, not orator.
He lost his teleprompter during the campaign for Hillary. He wanted to tell America how unfit Mr. Trump was. Take a listen to the definition of “unfit.”
Their differences in management style are front and center these days. For example, there are 110 fewer employees on White House staff under Trump than under Obama at this point in their respective presidencies.
Mr. Trump has NO CZARS! Obama eventually had 45 czars.

Nineteen fewer staffers are dedicated to our First Lady. Currently, there are five staffers dedicated to Melania Trump compared to twenty-four staffers who served Michelle Obama (FY2009).
He is obligated by law to “take” his salary, but President Trump donates all $400,000 to the Department of the Interior where it will be used for construction and repair needs at military cemeteries!
Trump actually visits military cemeteries.
Thanks Mr. President. Sorry the media hasn’t covered any of this.
