Let’s assume Hillary wins.

OK. I can already see the hate mail coming.

But until I am proven wrong on November 8, 2016, let’s go with the polls. Hillary Clinton becomes the first woman president. However, the House and Senate (by a small margin) remain in Republican control. What will her presidency be like?

[Source: A presidency from hell, by Pat Buchanan]

  • She will be the first woman president. She will need to prove that she isn’t “all touch-feely.” That shouldn’t be difficult for her. She is as far from “touchy-feely” as a person with 2 X-chromosomes can be.
  • She would enter office as the least-admired president in history. More than half of Americans have an unfavorable view of her. The following poll (and NBC is in no way against Hillary) shows that Americans simply do not trust her and believe she doesn’t care about them.

  • She will enter office without a vision or a mandate. Her “vision” is that “we are stronger together.” The Democrat Party has done nothing but “separate” Americans. Identity politics, the stock and trade of the Democrat party and Hillary Clinton, is the exact opposite of “bringing us together.” She will face numerous factions (created by her and her Party) and every faction will, in the immortal words of the great Progressive labor leader, Samuel Gompers, “… want more, and when it becomes more, we shall want still more. And we shall never cease to demand more…

  • She needs to accomplish that with a national debt of nearly $20 trillion and unfunded liabilities of nearly $104 trillion.

  • “Reports of poor health and lack of stamina may be exaggerated. Yet she moves like a woman her age. Unlike Ronald Reagan, her husband, Bill, and President Obama, she is not a natural political athlete and lacks the personal and rhetorical skills to move people to action.
  • Her husband was impeached for LYING! Hillary’s “honesty and truthfulness” polls at 11%! And that dismal rating is well justified. She has been caught in so many lies no voter planning to vote for her is paying attention anymore. But Congress will be paying close attention. They will investigate her administration at every opportunity.
  • She inherits Obama’s sluggish economy. She plans to get it rolling again with higher taxes, more regulation, and more government “stimulus.” Good luck with that!

Let me think now. Will I feel sorry for her if the above comes to pass? Have you been reading my posts?!?!
